Greta Lee and Jodie Turner-Smith Join ‘Tron: Ares’

According to reports from The Hollywood Reporter and Variety, Greta Lee and Jodie Turner-Smith have been confirmed as the newest additions to the cast of Disney’s highly anticipated film, “Tron: Ares.” They will join Jared Leto and recently announced Evan Peters in leading roles. While the specifics of Turner-Smith’s character are yet to be revealed, it is known that Lee will portray a tech CEO and video game designer who goes on the run to protect her groundbreaking technology.

Greta Lee comes to the project following her remarkable performance in this year’s blockbuster romantic film, “Past Lives,” which has garnered critical acclaim. Jodie Turner-Smith rose to fame with her breakout role in 2019’s “Queen and Slim,” establishing herself as a rising star in Hollywood. She is also set to appear in the upcoming Star Wars series, “The Acolyte,” alongside Amandla Stenberg and Lee Jung-jae.
