This April, Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man Trilogy is coming back to Netflix after leaving for a few months. Some people thought it would end up on Disney+ but the trilogy will stay on Netflix for now.
Disney+ is the place where you can find all of your favorite Marvel superheroes. Unfortunately, Spider-Man’s movies starring Tom Holland have been put on Netflix instead because his rights belong to Sony. There also used to be shows about some of the other well-known Marvel characters, like Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Luke Cage, but they’ve been moved from Netflix to Disney+. For now, only Daredevil (played by Charlie Cox) has a series that’s coming up – it’ll last for 18 episodes and it called ‘Daredevil: Born Again’. It will feature Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin and Jon Brenthal as The Punisher too!

Spider-Man Swings Back Into The Mainstream
The Spider-Man movies starring Tobey Maguire are known for bringing superheroes into the mainstream. People loved them and they made a big impact. There were some well-known actors, like Willem Dafoe as Green Goblin, J.K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson, Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane, and Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus. Thomas Haden Church was also in the movie playing Sandman.
Did you know? “Daredevil: Born Again” is like the fourth season of the Netflix series.
Sony had some issues and decided to make the ‘Amazing Spider-Man’ movies. Andrew Garfield was chosen as the new superhero and two movies were made, but then Sony gave Marvel Studios some of their rights and a new Spider-Man was brought in. Tom Holland became the famous web-slinger for the younger audience in 2016 after he appeared in ‘Captain America: Civil War’. He then had plenty of adventures with The Avengers and other characters, which eventually led to an incredible trilogy – the MCU planned to bring back Peter Parker but with different versions of himself from different times. Therefore, they created a multiverse with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield returning as version of Peter Parker too.
Starting April 1, you can watch all three movies from the Spider-Man Trilogy series on Netflix! Check out this awesome movie trailer to get a feel of what it’s like.
