There were extensive sessions of Jared just talking, as we tried to figure out how he would laugh, what he would mock about people, and which syllables he would favor. We delved into the intricacies, and the result is truly remarkable. Unless someone told you, you would never guess it’s Jared Leto. That’s how fully realized the character is. It’s thought-provoking, delightful, and, above all, tremendously enjoyable.”
