We’re really excited to see Ballerina, the new movie from the John Wick series. We’d like to know how Ana De Armas’ character, Rooney, fits into this universe. We know that Rooney will try to get revenge for her parents’ death, and she’ll meet some of the other characters in this series. Recently, Erica Lee who works on producing John Wick shared more information about which characters we can expect to meet and how they help out Rooney’s mission.

We knew that Ballerina comes before the fourth John Wick movie, but after seeing it you can be 100% sure since two major characters die. Keanu Reeves, Ian McShane, and Lance Reddick make appearances in this movie too, so people were assuming that Rooney would check into The Continental but our Editor-in-Chief Steve Weintraub found out the actors only did cameos.

” Ian, John Wick and Lance had to do some extra filming for the movie. They spent a week, a day and a few last minute additions respectively for their parts. Everyone wanted the movie to have continuity between characters in order to connect them more than just having Anjelica Huston as The Director. Also, it was difficult to figure out when Keanu’s part could be added since they were still editing his fourth movie, but eventually they figured out a timeline that made sense.”

The movie ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ had a very long first cut with it being three hours and forty-five minutes! The director, Chad Stahelski, has explained why they decided to make changes.
