The Marvel Cinematic Universe has given us many incredible movies and it’s one of the most popular superhero universes on the big screen. As it continues to expand, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever closed out the universe’s Phase Four. Now, we’re getting ready for Phase Five and one of its movies is called The Marvels, which is a sequel to Captain Marvel (2019). Everyone is so excited for this movie, so Marvel Studios put out a short preview to give everyone a hint of what they can expect when it comes out.

The 33rd movie from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is coming out in 2022 and it’s based on the series Ms. Marvel which you can watch on Disney+. In the trailer, we hear Teyonah Parris’ character Monica Rambeau saying things like “Hello?” and “What the?” while Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury says, “Where is Captain Rambeau?”. This could mean some sort of threatening situation is going to happen.

From a trailer, it looks like Parris’ Monica Rambeau is missing. Who is she? Recently, Marvel introduced a group of new characters to the MCU and Rambeau is one of them. She has special powers to absorb energy and is the daughter of Maria Rambeau who was friends with an Air Force pilot named Carol Danvers. In WandaVision, Rambeau helped stop destruction using her powers. The movie about her was supposed to come out in summer 2023 but now it’s coming out in November instead.

The plot of the movie is kept secret, but we know that three female heroes join forces. Their superpower is to switch places each time they use their gifts. They are Carol Danvers, also known as Captain Marvel (played by Brie Larson), Kamala Khan (played by Iman Vellani), and Rambeau. Kamala Khan lives in Jersey City, idolizes Carol Danvers, and has the ability to control cosmic energy and make hard light beings.

The Marvels will be shown in movie theatres on November 10 and you can watch the little preview of it tomorrow. Have a look at it here:
