With a bald head, ample facial hair, a plaid jacket, and sunglasses—even in darkness—the actor embraces a new edgy look. His caption aptly reads: “When I become a villain, no hero stands a chance against me.”

What’s ‘Jawan’ all about?

Jawan’s seemingly unstable presence on the poster aligns with the limited information we have about the film. Although a teaser was launched recently, the plot remains largely mysterious, offering primarily action scenes and glimpses of Jawan’s evolving persona. Jawan was once a revered soldier before deviating from his path, leading to an identity crisis that forms a crucial part of the film’s narrative. His multifaceted persona includes a bandaged face, a disturbing half-mask, and ultimately, a striking bald look, mirroring his inner conflict of self-perception—either a blessing or a curse. His eccentric behavior and expression seem to draw inspiration from Joaquin Phoenix’s memorable portrayal of the Joker, especially seen in Jawan’s unsettling dance in a train, creepy laughter, and eerie calmness amid chaos and crime.
